Processing & Dispatch
We process all orders within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is dispatched.
We begin processing orders quickly, so changes can only be made within a short window after purchase. Please contact us at domenxae@gmail.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update after dispatch.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders — the threshold will be displayed at checkout.
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Available shipping options and costs for your location will be shown at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs & Duties
For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
Packages are occasionally held by customs for inspection or because duties are owed. If your package is held, your local customs office will usually contact you directly. If you need assistance, please reach out to us at domenxae@gmail.com and we will help where we can.
Problems with Your Delivery
If your estimated delivery window has passed and your order hasn’t arrived, please take these steps first:
- Check your tracking link for the latest update
- Check with neighbours or your building’s reception in case it was left there
- Check for a missed delivery card from your postal service
If you still can’t locate your order, contact us at domenxae@gmail.com with your order number and we will investigate immediately.
We’re sorry to hear that. Please take photos of the damaged packaging and product, then email us at domenxae@gmail.com with your order number and the photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
We apologise for the mix-up. Please contact us at domenxae@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item you received. We will send you the correct product at no extra cost and arrange collection of the wrong item if needed.
This can happen when a carrier marks a package as delivered slightly before it physically arrives, or if it was left in an unexpected location. We recommend:
- Waiting 24 hours — packages sometimes show as delivered a day early
- Checking around your property, with neighbours, or at a building reception
- Contacting your local carrier with the tracking number
If the package still doesn’t turn up within 2 business days of the delivery date, please get in touch with us and we’ll resolve it.
