We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from XaeSells. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.

Our 30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (your order confirmation email)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original packaging
  • Items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase
  • Gift cards
  • Digital products or downloadable content

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at domenxae@gmail.com with:

  1. Your order number
  2. The item(s) you wish to return
  3. The reason for the return
  4. Photos of the item if it is damaged or defective

We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Please do not send items back without first contacting us.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item

In those cases, we will cover the return shipping cost and send a replacement or full refund at no extra charge.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product, please contact us at domenxae@gmail.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible — no return required in most cases.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take time before the refund posts officially
  3. Contact your bank — there is often processing time before a refund shows
